Founded in 1995 in Barcelona, it has collaborated with great names in haute couture like Christian Lacroix and Karl Lagerfeld, establishing itself in the international market with its distinctive style.

The brand, which aims to cater to modern and demanding brides, has a presence in more than 80 countries and 4,000 points of sale, including its own stores, franchises, and spaces in multi-brand boutiques.

Rosa Clará Case

The company wanted to make it easier for its sales representatives to manage orders, optimize their work during visits, and improve their access to the product catalog. Additionally, they wanted to enhance product presentation and user experience for clients at conventions and events.

When they contacted us, they already had an application for this purpose, but it did not fully meet all their needs.

The main goal of the improvement was to increase sales by offering salespeople and clients new enhanced tools that would facilitate the purchasing process and decision-making.

Challenge

The existing solution had technical issues and did not meet the company’s current needs. The salespeople faced difficulties displaying the product catalog and managing orders during their visits to stores and events. Additionally, the integration with the internal database was complex due to the large amount of information that needed to be managed.

Solution

Two apps were developed:

  • App for sales representatives: Allows salespeople to access detailed product information, facilitating presentations and sales during visits or meetings and consultations during prospecting calls. The application includes features to manage catalogs, apply filters, and display information in an organized way, adapting to different sales contexts.
  • App for events: Designed for clients attending conventions or events, it allows them to search, view, and filter products, as well as scan QR codes to obtain detailed information and place orders directly from the app.

Both solutions integrate with Rosa Clará’s database to ensure the availability of information.

Result

The applications have improved the efficiency of the sales team, giving them access to the necessary information to assist clients during their visits. They have also facilitated order creation at conventions and events, allowing clients to purchase products directly. This has helped optimize the sales experience and better manage orders.
