Like all companies with a commercial department, Montibello uses files to enhance the sales pitch during their sales visits. With App2U’s business app, they have improved the way they work.

Challenge

Montibello needed to distribute catalogs, offers, and pricing quickly and easily with its sales team.

At that time, Montibello found Dropbox, a good tool that allowed them to share files. However, Montibello had other needs that Dropbox couldn’t meet.

1. Avoid loss and duplication of content: all sales representatives could add, modify, and delete files.

2. Distribute documentation in a personalized way. That is, define which users can access which documents.

3. Track which files are used most and least during the sales team’s commercial visits.

Seeing that Dropbox didn’t meet the needs of their workers, Montibello decided to contact App2U, apps for businesses.

Solution

After meeting to analyze all their needs in depth, we saw that the urCollection app for sales representatives perfectly covered all their expectations.

1. urCollection is a hierarchical solution, where only administrators have access to the control panel, from where all documentation is managed, allowing for the addition, deletion, and modification of documents.

2. urCollection is designed to create user groups, thus differentiating which files are distributed to each group. Why does Montibello need groups? Because they have sales teams that speak different languages, and they want each team to have the files in their language, rather than mixing them all together.

3. urCollection statistics analyze and allow tracking which content is used the most, which is used the least, and where these documents were used.

The implementation was very fast and easy; within a couple of days, it was already available on the sales representatives’ devices. Furthermore, Montibello requested training for some of their workers to fully leverage the app’s potential, and within a couple of weeks, all the sales representatives were using the tool to its fullest.

The dispersion of documents, the loss of content, or the inconsistency in the sales pitch are issues solved by urCollection. That’s why it has become the mobile app that more and more sales teams use to control their sales documents.
